Sessions Clock Company of Forestville, Connecticut. Long drop school clock. HH-1.

This is a nice clean example of a pressed oak case school clock made by the Sessions Clock Company of Forestville, Connecticut. The case wood is oak and retains a rich finish. The pressed designs give the clock decorative appeal. The brass bezel is fitted with glass and opens to wind the eight day brass movement. The paper dial is twelve inches across and applied to a pan. The decorative pendulum bob is brass and can be viewed through the glass door in the front of the case. The door features the phrase, Regulator, in bold gilt letters. This clock is 26.75 inches long and was made circa 1910.
