This large oak case gallery clock measures approximately 26 inches across the back of the case. The case is a stepped design in very nice condition and retains a golden oak color. The dial measures 18 inches in diameter and is painted on a tin pan. The Maker’s trademark is prominently displayed below the Roman numeral 12. The original owner or place location is also listed on the dial. This clock hung in the New Bedford Friends Hall and was mounted there in 1907. The spring-driven movement is constructed in brass and is designed to run for eight days on a full wind.
