This cherry-colored New Haven schoolhouse clock measures 24 inches long and is 16.5 inches wide. The paper dial measures 12-inches in diameter and is applied to a zinc pan. This pan is fitted with a decorative brass ring. Roman-style hour numerals and a closed minute track format the dial. The spring wound movement is brass construction and is die-stamped by the Maker on the front plate. It is designed to run for eight days on a full wind. The brass-faced pendulum bob can be viewed through the glass door in the front of the case. This wall clock was made circa 1920.
